Club Training
Club squads meet 2-3 times a week for training. Each squad works with dedicated coaches who know just how to help you improve your technique and fitness.
Ages 3 to 7. Fun and engaging sessions for our youngest swimmers, focusing on water safety and basic skills.
Ages 8 to 12. Encouraging fitness and technique development in a supportive environment for children and youth.
Ages 13 to 17. Competitive training for those looking to excel in swimming and participate in competitions.
Adults & Youth (strong). This programme is designed for competitive youth and serious adults eager to undertake intense training, with the potential to compete.
Adults. Focusing on fitness and skill for adults, promoting a healthy lifestyle through swimming.
Adults. Aqua aerobics for strength and flexibility. Open to adults of all abilities. Wonderfully social, exceptionally healthy.
